You know, as a rule, I try to turn a deaf ear to the fanboy rumor mill...but occasionally something so interesting pops up in fanboy conversation that I can not turn away.It is one of many guilty pleasures that I have.
So when I came across this article at NextGen I just couldn't tear myself away.
What I am about to type is the speculation of an investment firm, so let that bit of information bounce around in your pretty little head for a minute before I proceed.

Analyst Soichiro Fukuda of NikkoCitiGroup has speculated that "healthy sales" of Xbox 360 titles might just may be the motivational poke in the ass Capcom needs to take currently PS3 exclusive titles and make them multi-platform titles. And what game title is among those that Capcom has announced as PS3 exclusive that I would fucking LOVE to play on the XB360? Yeap, Devil May Cry 4. It and Monster Hunter were mentioned by name in the article.
Again, this whole piece is and investment firm analyst guys' speculation...but it's a hell of an idea to put out there into the ether. We know that Capcom had been doing a great deal of restructuring lately, and with the success of Dead Rising, may want to open their flagship games up to a broader audience than the PS3 may initially be able to provide. At this stage in the game the XB360 has a fairly healthy installed based in the US that is just dying for a franchise like DMC on the system, and I'm fairly sure that God Hand and Okami would fucking ROCK on the XB360. But there I go again counting my eggs before they hatch a bunch of dragons.
