Get Your Game Off, Er, On...

Ladies, do you need a little help reaching "your happy place"? Well Heather Kelley [a designer with Ubisoft] has a game for you

As I was taking some time off from editing this upcoming week's podcast, I came across this article which just tickled my fancy. [Pun totally intended...enjoy it!]

As I understand it, by lavishing attention on Lapis [the little blue bunny featured in this game] through rubbing, blowing, petting, tickling, and stroking, you too can learn how to lavish said attention on yourself. I shit you not people, this is what I read. And don't get me wrong, the concept is interesting. Stroking a blue bunny in order to help him fly into the sky with lofty hopes of flying high enough to reach fireworks is just crazy enough to work. In a way. Being on the DS, the tactile elements of achieving orgasm can be mimicked using the dual screen/stylus/blow on mic inputs of the device. It's actually ingenious when you think about it.

I wonder if the game will actually be able to reach it's intended audience: the Animal Crossing, Tamagotchi toting, fantasy loving young ladies that may need a little "help" in the orgasmic arena. Or if it's subject matter will keep it out of the hands of our "impressionable" youths. Can you imagine what politician who are in the process of making video games their personal whipping boys would do if this game was available right now in the U.S.?

I don't know anything about the demo of the game because I could not get it to run on my browser, but the presentation is fun to look at. If you get it running, or can get me some footage of the demo running...I'd love to see it!

I'm very curious to see how this all pans out, and not for the reasons you think you pervs!

Is that a shuriken in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?
