    HO-LY SCHNIKES!

I DEFY you to watch this video and say that video games are bad for kids.

I got an email from our friend Douceswild and proceeded to watch the clip with my jaw affixed to the floor. Here's the setup:

Take 1 recently turned 5 kindertot add a Dance Dance Revolution Pad and game, sprinkle lightly with videocam coverage, et voila: proof that video games are good for kids.

Why do I say this clip proves games are good for kids? Well I'll put it like this: When I was 5 yrs old, I did not possess HALF of the coordination that this kid has obviously has. I barely had a solid grasp of right and left and the alphabet. The last thing I was doing was playing a video game that required I stay in time with music and repeat complex step moves on an input pad. I'm 27 now and can't pull off a high scoring DDR routine, let alone perform one FLAWLESSLY.

Can you say increased motor skills? If you can't say it, watch the clip. You'll see it.

Go ahead Mr. Thompson, try and argue this with me. I need a good laugh today.

Is that a shuriken in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?
