Had you heard about the XB360 fall update bricking a few units right?
Well I finally bit the bullet today and did the update on my box, here are my results.
First off, no XB360 brick in this house baby! I'm not exactly sure why some people were falling prey to the "hardware error" messages after applying the update, but they did. Enough for both Engadget and XB Fanboy to run articles about it.
MS has released a fix for the botched updates, and if you already bricked your XB360 you can call the XB customer service and be aided in bringing it back to life.
So, if like me, you were holding off on updating your box [which kept you offline] wait no longer. Get your update on, then GAME ON!
