Kid Dials 911 To Retrieve Xbox From Parents

    posted @ 12/01/2009 11:27:00 AM by Douceswild

So we've all been pissed when our parents grounded us. No TV, video games, cell phone for a set amount of time can chafe the arse of any typical teen these days, but just how far would you go to get it back?

A fifteen year old boy called Buffalo Grove police to find out if his parents were violating any of his rights by taking his Xbox away as punishment. Go ahead and let that sink in for a moment. His first call was made around noon, but he hung up. Shortly afterwards, the police showed up at the house to investigate and informed the kid that the parents have the authority to take his console away if they deem it necessary.

If I were the parent, I would've told the cops not to go too far, because there was about to be a dead kid here.
