Episode 76: I Need More Cowbell

Monday, November 26th, 2007 by NinJaSistah

The Sistahs believe in music, so there's been no greater season than this, with the release of Guitar Hero III and Rock Band, as you'll find out by listening to this week's podcast.

In addition to Rock Band, Ninjasistah and Pandalicious discuss the merits of Assassin's Creed and announce the winner of the Halo 3 Ultimate Edition sweepstakes.

In the heat of doing the podcast, the Sistahs can't come up with the names of any fat rockers. Here are the names of at least six of them (see if we've missed any):

1. Leslie West of Mountain ("Mississippi Queen")
2. Meatloaf
3. David Crosby
4. Jack Black
5. Mark Volman of The Turtles ("Happy Together")
6. Jerry Garcia

And here are the titles we turned down for this episode:

Episode 75: Master Chief Wants You To Do It All Night Long

Monday, November 19th, 2007 by NinJaSistah

It's time to give thanks to the Sistahs for their annual advice on what videogames, anime and manga to give for the coming holiday season as they present their gift guide on this week's podcast.

Not only do they tell you what to give, they also tell you what not to give as well. We don't want to give it all away, but surprisingly enough, the PS3 is not on either list this year.

So be prepared to take notes as Ninjasistah and Pandalicious present their 2007 Gift Guide on Episode 75: Master Chief Want You to Do It All Night Long.

Here is the list of titles we didn't use for this week's podcast:

Episode 74: Watering Taco Equals Dangerous

Sunday, November 11th, 2007 by NinJaSistah

Monday wouldn't be the same without a new episode of the ESH podcast, and the sistah's promise to not disappoint.

In this episode of the podcast, NinJaSistah finishes up her thoughts on Guitar Hero 3 with Pandalicious adding a thought or two, followed by her account of the PS3 title Folklore. Then the subject changes to the anime series When They Cry and the tragic sadness that then follows Panda around for the rest of her days. Yes, it's a fun filled hour and some change! So grab your morning cup-a-joe and enjoy Episode 74: Watering Taco Equals Dangerous!

Oh yeah, here are the titles we didn't pick to describe this episode.

  • The Midgets That Fly In Vegas, Stay In Vegas
  • Folklore? More Like FolkBORE!

Episode 73: You Gotta Sling It Low and Smack It Hard

Monday, November 5th, 2007 by NinJaSistah

This week the Sistahs cross their axes and do battle in garages, dives and giant amphitheaters as they compare notes (real and musical) in this week's podcast about Guitar Hero III.

Find out which songs are easy, which ones are hard and which ones took Ninjasistah and Pandalicious completely by surprise. They also offer valuable tips on just what to do (if you see it, just buy it) and what not to do (start on Medium level) when you start playing the game.

So do yourself a favor and listen in to the Sistahs' experiences before you dive into your copy of Guitar Hero III.

To give you a flavor of the proceedings, here are the titles that were turned down for this episode:

The Genius Hamster Is Stuck In the Tubes

Sexual Harrassment Makes for One Sad Panda

No Boners About It, PS2 Love Only Goes So Far

NinjaSistah Will Never Get Hard

The Devil Played Boonga-Boonga On Me

Never Mind the Bollocks, Always Start On Easy Mode
