ESH Cast #499: Sometimes you just have to unplug it from the wall

It's an old adage that if you want to fix something, you'll have to start from the beginning. That's what NinJaSistah learned (again) while trying to prepare for this week's podcast.

You'll hear all the sordid details on the show, but keep this in mind: even the silliest advice comes in awfully handy sometimes.

The Sistahs spend the show talking about how they're not really prepared to talk about much, but they fill up the allotted time nicely anyway.

In the midst of not having much to say, they manage to spend considerable time on NinJa's Sony controller problems, the Headlander game, the travails they've had playing Pokemon Go, the critics' reaction to the Suicide Squad movie, the release of the new Xbox One S model, the fun (and cost) of creating an Xbox One custom-colored controller, Panda's reaction when straights don’t know the My Little Pony canon, avoiding spoilers for the current Steven Universe season and their reaction to the anime series JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.

Of particular note is the Old Yeller moment in JoJo's. If you care more about animals than you do people, you ought to be aware there's a shocking little spoiler late in the show.

Aside from that, it's business as usual as the girls limp toward next week's big 500th episode, so give a listen to ESH Cast #499: Sometimes You Just Have to Unplug It from the Wall.
