Here it is: the DLC pack we’ve all been waiting for. Gearbox Software and 2K Games have announced the impending arrival of the fourth DLC for Borderlands, and it’s a doozy. If you’ve beat the main storyline then you saw the Interplanetary Ninja Assassin Claptrap, well he’s finally here.

We’ve all played a flash game at least once. Ten to one, it was probably a tower defense game too. Flash games normally don’t stand up to full console games, and of course there are reasons for that. But what if flash games had a full community, with achievement points, chat rooms, and a place for up-and-coming game developers to show off their early works?

If you thought there were some universes where zombies would never invade, you were red-dead-wrong. I'm still waiting for a gritty Power Rangers reboot saga where the old rangers are revived and zombified, but I'm a dreamer. Rockstar has announced 4 new DLC packages for Red Dead Redemption, some look great, and others just aren't worth the price.

With all of this E3 news buzzing around it’s hard to talk about anything else. Obviously a lot of companies put a lot of work into getting demos and trailers ready for this huge convention. Motion controls were the big topic, and they’re definitely improving. But with the gaming community being so competitive, I’m sure the one thing gamers everywhere are wondering is who won?

In this age of day one DLC and games that never get a single patch, it’s nice to see developers going that extra mile for the fans. And no, this time I’m not talking about Naughty Dog.

Razer is sending out a challenge to anyone who dares to call themselves a professional DotA team. They are hosting what claims to be the largest DotA tournament in the history of the game, and with spots enough for 1,024 teams (that’s 5,120 players), that claim may stand. The prize pool of $30,000 dollars is going to be spread among the top 64 teams in the tournament but only the top 4 will receive the prize of 5 Razer Carcharias headsets each.

It’s nothing new that Naughty Dog is continually trying to thwart all efforts to trade in Uncharted 2, but do you ever get the feeling they’re trying too hard? Yeah me neither. 2 maps, 6 skins, 11 trophies, and the brand new siege mode, all for $5.99. Did I mention the double cash weekend going on right now?
