ESH Cast Episode # 394: Censors Ruined My Childhood

Ninja started the show off talking about the ending of Neversoft. Sure, the studio just merged into a much bigger developer but leaving an old home for a new one can be a big deal for most people general. The manner in which the Neversoft team said goodbye to their former house was a beautiful tribute to their time spent there.

This week the sistahs have a huge Ubisoft lovefest. Ninja and Panda have both dipped into the pools of Valiant Hearts: The Great War, and shared their first level experiences for the majority of the show. And it's for good reason, Valiant Hearts came out of Ubisoft Montpellier which is the same development team that brought us the Rayman: Legends game, so you know it had to be worth talking about.

Then they're on to anime, first talking about the Lupin the 3rd live action movie set to release on August 30th this year. Hey look we found the trailer for you here.

Panda picks up the conversation to bring up an old flame of sorts. While on CrunchyRoll, watching some anime that Ninja had mentioned weeks ago, she stumbled upon The File of Young Kindaichi Returns 2. It is the second season of an anime based on a manga that a young Pandalicious fell madly in love with. Does it stand the test of time? With a fresh new face, Panda seems to think so.
