Episode 69: This Is The Other Podcast

Sunday, September 30th, 2007

First off, it’s new podcast episode time again here at Electric Sista Hood, and this one is a doosie. We’ve always tagged our podcast as “explicit” because it would take more time to edit out crap to make it “clean enough for iTunes” than it’s worth. This week’s really drives this fact into the ground, so I’m taking this extra opportunity to warn you, that this episode is NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN TO LISTEN TO!

In case you haven’t caught on yet, this is episode 69 of the ESH podcast, and we figured it would only be proper to do an all hentai episode of the show. Pandalicious gives you the low down on Please Teacher and admits to a few of her own personal fetishes while MagicMystic talks about the dojinshiAlice in Sexland by Mashumaro Jyuubaori. Closing out the hour, NinJaSistah chimes in with the reasons for her preferences in hentai, and desire for at lease some semblance of plot.

It’s Monday people… let’s talk about sex! Kick back, throw on some headphones, and take a listen to Episode 69: This Is the Other Podcast!

Episode 68: Caffeine Plus Pandalicious Equals Bad Idea

Monday, September 24th, 2007

Monday brings with it yet another new episode of the ESH podcast. This episode I have to say, was kinda a weird one. Good, but weird.

It’s just the two sistahs Pandalicious and NinJaSistah holding it down for episode 68. Pandalicious tries to help NinJaSistah wrap her mind around the anime series Nerima Daikon Brothers, and I emphasize the word tries. Then on the flipside of the hour, NinJaSistah glosses over some of the news from the Tokyo Game Show and shares her first impressions of the PS3 title Heavenly Sword.

Yeap, it’s a fun, and weird hour this week, and if you don’t believe me, just check out the rejected titles for this weeks episode:

  • Don’t Take Her Shoes, She Needs the Height
  • It’s Not The Size of Your URL, It’s How You Use It
  • We Were Sharing Bodily Fluids LAST Week

Episode 66: The Time-Traveling Ninja Has Mommy Problems

Monday, September 10th, 2007

It’s Monday, so you know what that means… time for a new episode of the ESH podcast! And this time, we have a doosie of an episode for you.

In this episode, Pandalicious rants about the anime series School Rumble which happens to be a “romantic comedy” shonen while MagicMystic shares her thoughts on the manga series Flame of Recca. And no show would be complete without NinJaSistah ending out the show with some game news and or review, and this episode is no different. This week, NinJaSistah explores the popularity of classic games through online services like the Wii virtual console, XBLive, and the Sony Online Store. Don’t forget the tangents. We sure didn’t.

And don’t forget, these unused titles that we threw out like an unwanted fetus.

  • Cheerleaders for the Pompom of Truth
  • It’s Not Gonna Suck! Believe It!
  • The Plot Gets In The Way of the Humor
  • Nothing’s More Pathetic Than A Bully In Love
  • I’m Not a Real Doctor, But I Play One in an Anime
  • Rock-Paper-Scissors-Hair-Sounds Like Scorpion
  • After That, Other Stuff Happens
  • Panda doesn’t Squat in Barnes & Noble
  • She Ain’t Evil, She’s Just Mom
  • The Nerd Glasses Make You Lok Crazy
  • Staring At This Shirt Freaks me Out
  • Streets of Rage Makes Me Miss My Sister
  • You Are Now Sterile – Thank You, Halo!
  • Only Cinderella Can Play Bioshock
  • Coming Next Year: Resident Transylvania
  • I Run Away From Smiling Sausages All the Time
  • and finally
  • NinJa Likes It Hard and Chewy

Yeah, read that list and not be curious about the whole episode.
