ESH Cast #447: Everything Is Cute and Innocent Until Murder Happens

This should be on every anime just as a suggestive warning.

Have you ever loved something or someone so much that you saw NO OTHER OPTION than to murder any and all things that could capture your loved one/things' affections? If you aren't familiar with this characteristic, count yourself lucky. And the anime world, this mentality is known as "Yandere" and it's popping up in various games, novels, and animated series this season.

Before the ladies dig into that conversation, Rochelle shares her hands-on review of her latest goodie from ESH's good friends Astro Gaming. Before you get all excited about a new gaming headset review, relax. This time, the review is about a lifestyle headset, the Astro A38's. The team at Astro Gaming is branching out in many audio ways, but it all sounds (and looks) good according to her.

With the tech review out-of-the-way, Amanda talks about two games she had extreme pleasure tinkering with. First up is a story about three best friends, a love triangle that turns brutal at the exchange of a stuffed toy, Yanderella. If you really think you like this archetype, then perhaps you should load this cautionary tale on your PC.

Still need to satiate your Yandere needs? If Yanderella isn't enough then get on board with Yandere Simulator. It's still being worked on at the moment, but the creator has made it available for people to get a taste of that yandere life.

Just remember:
You only have eyes for Senpai.
Only you can have Senpai.
NO ONE ELSE DESERVES TO BREATHE THE SAME AIR AS SENPAI.
