ESH Cast #552: You heard it here last

We've been doing this weekly podcast for 11 years, and even with more than 550 episodes recorded, we have to admit that we're not perfect.

We have to admit that there are sometimes when we get a little long-winded. We go on tangents. We get into protracted arguments. And then we find we are starting to run a little long.

It's a policy at ElectricSistaHood that our shows never go more than 80 minutes long. That seems to be about the maximum amount anybody wants to sit there and listen to us drone on. So when we go a little overboard, our producer snips a little out and saves those moments to be heard later on.

That's what this week's show is for. In reality, Ninja is at PAX West in Seattle and Panda is relaxing at home. It is Labor Day weekend, after all. But, the show must go on, so our producer has collected some of those previously omitted bits and pieces from previous shows to present to you in our place.

What was left out? Things like a review of the game Rakuen, the uncut version of the end of the roundtable we held at PAX East this past spring, our shock at the results of last year's election, the TV show The Walking Dead, opinions about the Captain America: Civil War and X-Men: Apocalypse movies, the cancellation of Disney Infinity products and a recounting of all the Robin characters in the Batman universe.

So we hope to keep you entertained. We've also got new videos on our YouTube channel, so check that out as well. And we're planning a brand new show for next week. Give a listen to ESH Cast #552: You heard it here last.
