Sunday, April 1st, 2012 by Hamsterman2049

One strategy that Nintendo has had for its most current handheld system has been reaching back into the past.  So far, Nintendo has taken two of the best games ever made on the system, polished up the graphics and released them in 3D.  In a perplexing move, the next title that has been announced on to be redone in three dimensions is none other than Superman 64.  While I can certainly see the appeal of being able to fly through Metropolis in 3D, it seems like there could have been many other games ahead of this one to be remade.  Click ahead to see a few more surprising details about this newest Nintendo 64 remake.

Play Super Mario at an Art Gallery

Video games as art has been a debate for quite a while now.  While the arguments for each side could be never-ending, the arguments of those who consider games as art has recently gotten a little stronger.  Currently in the National Gallery of Art is an exhibit dedicated to the art of video games.  At first thought, you might assume the exhibit is nothing but a grouping of framed concept art for a few games, but what you'll find upon entering is a well thought out exhibit filled with every aspect of how a game could be considered as art.

Biohazard on a Boat

Thursday, March 1st, 2012 by Hamsterman2049

Capcom is one of those developers that tends to find a series that works and run with it.  Resident Evil is a series that shows this concept quite well.  Don’t let the six in the title of the upcoming PS3/360 title fool you, this series has more spinoffs and re-releases than a 1970s sitcom.  The latest entry in the series, Resident Evil: Revelations, hit the 3DS in February boasting amazing graphics and Circle Pad Pro support.  Does this latest game live up to the high standards set by the series, or does it misspell its way into insignificancy?
