ESH Cast #462: Everything We’ve Been Withholding

It's holiday season and that includes those of us at ElectricSistaHood.

With turkey-day still fresh in our minds (and our stomachs), we thought it was high time to present another fabulous clip show. This is yet another one of our shows that come to you from our cutting room floor.

You see, when we do a podcast, we try to keep it to between 60 and 80 minutes. We figure that we can't expect to keep your attention for much more than that and, as the old vaudeville saying goes, leave your audience wanting more.

But in actuality, we sometimes lose track of the time we've spent discussing things. As a result, there are occasionally leftovers. Luckily, our producer collects all that stuff and saves it for a rainy day. Well, it's raining again. And you're the lucky recipient.

We start off this show with a clip recorded just a couple of weeks ago about the introduction of the new Xbox Experience. Ninja also talks a little about the Xbox Elite controller.

A little more than a month ago, we did a show with Xenocore and talked extensively about the Cartoon Network show Steven Universe. We always seem to run a little long when Xeno's on the show, so we're also including a clip from a show he did with us in February 2011 in which we talked about DJ Hero and the first version of the Microsoft Kinect.

That's an interesting one because we discuss the future potential of Guitar Hero, Rock Band and the reboot of Tomb Raider. We now know how that all worked out.
