ESH Cast #396: We're Not at Comic Con, But Neither Are You.

Maybe one of these days we will be there together...just not this year.

This week's podcast was filled with news from San Diego Comic Con (SDCC). First, the sistahs talked about the announcement of Guadians of the Galaxy 2 set to be released in 2017. This announcement came way before the theatrical release of the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie. The Superman/Batman movie also got talked about, though only briefly.

On the video games side of the show, both Ninja and Panda spent some decent time playing Bungie's Destiny beta. Ninja had talked about her experiences in the Alpha on a previous show trying to convince Panda to jump on board, and finally with the beta she got her wish.

Panda had a stance on this game when she saw it announced at last year's E3. To be fair, she couldn't have been less interested in the game until Ninja insisted. After a week with the beta, she came to the show prepared to eat a big heap of crow. While lightly snacking on said crow, both hosts spend the rest of show talking about their experiences in the beta.
